| A series of personal interviews were conducted to assist in understanding partners' and potential partners' participation in and opinions of the STEP OUTSIDEŽ program, including costs and benefits for implementing the program, motivations for partner participation in the program, constraints and barriers to potential participation, reasons for not using or cessation of participation, and suggestions for improving the program. Personal interviews were conducted with current partners, former partners, and non- implementers of STEP OUTSIDEŽ. | ||
